  • I lead the team with motivation. Promoting competence and motivating employees usually leads directly to the improvements in corporate internal work process.
  • I lead team orientated by acting as an intermediary between projects participants - without losing the consistent focus on the results.
  • I will look for consensus and let people have their say. My project mangement is however tight and time focused.
  • I am very flexible - both in time an in the selection of appropriate method of execution.

 

With my technical know-how, I am able to identify causal relations within indutrial companies and to set priorities.
